Nanaimo MHA will be hosting the AGM on May 7th, 2017 @ Oliver Woods Community Center at 6:00pm.
ALL parents of registered players are encouraged to attend. One eligible vote per player registered 2016-17 season(1 per person 18+), maximum of 2 votes(if multiple players registered)per family.
Please come early to register as line ups are inevitable. Association Awards will begin at 6pm.
Parking is limited, suggested to park at Canadian Tire and walk up the road.

- Development Coordinator
- Safety & Risk Manager
- Managing Directors:
- Initiation H1 & H2
- Initiation H3 & H4
Positions appointed by the Board(sign up at AGM) are:
- Ways & Means Coordinator
- Special Events & Tournament Coordinator
- Referee in Chief
- Equipment Manager
- Ice Coordinator
