Our tournaments are designed to provide competitive and enjoyable experiences for teams and players, fostering sportsmanship and a love for the game.

Each tournament listed below includes detailed information about the age division, dates, and format. To participate, please complete the application form linked below for each team you are applying for. We encourage teams to apply early, as spots fill up quickly. Join us in Nanaimo for a season of thrilling hockey action, where players can showcase their skills, create lasting memories, and build lifelong friendships.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a placement in one of our tournaments, you will be notified at a later date if you are successful in your application, at that time we will send more details and where to send payment.

Tournament Entry Fee Refund Policy

Once the tournament host has accepted your team into the tournament, a payment deadline for the entry fee will be provided.

If your team withdraws from the tournament after registration has been accepted, entry fees will only be refunded if a replacement team is found and confirmed to fill your team’s spot in the tournament.

If no replacement team is secured, the entry fee will be non-refundable. This policy helps ensure tournament schedules, divisions, and event costs can be maintained as planned.

By submitting payment, teams acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
