Anti-Bullying Day

Today, December 17, is Anti-Bullying Day in Canada. This day reminds us of the importance of standing together to build a safer, kinder, and more supportive world for our youth.

At Buddy Check for Jesse, we know how much bullying can impact mental health. It’s why we’re committed to empowering youth athletes to check in with their teammates, lead with kindness, and support each other both on and off the field.

Let’s be the reason someone feels included today. Let’s lift each other up. 💚

If you see bullying, step up.  If you need support and are able to, reach out.  If you can be a buddy, do it.

Let’s make this message go further today. Share, comment, and tag a teammate or buddy who lifts you up. 💚 #BuddyCheck #AntiBullyingDay #MentalHealthMatters #SupportYouth
